Eames Lounge Chair

The Lounge Chair, also known as the 670, provides luxurious, long lasting comfort via its signature reclined positioning, superior pivoting, ample padding and contouring, and a shape that flexes to fit each user. As Charles Eames himself once put it, this chair has, “the warm, receptive look of a well-used first baseman’s mitt.”
All chairs are supported by a five-pointed die-cast aluminum base with a built-in swivel mechanism. The matching ottomans have an identical but four-pointed base. The shock mounts are made from a resilient natural rubber and the stainless steel glides are fully adjustable.
